About him
Pragmatic and dependable, I’m often told I’m a fab Dad— well at least three times a year, so it must be true. I’m honest, intelligent, generous, and blessed with a wicked sense of humour. A romantic at heart, I still believe chivalry isn’t dead.
I love cinema, theatre, and drama, and I’m equally happy dining in or out. My interests include photography, music, the arts, meaningful conversation, walking, cycling, and keeping fit. I also enjoy cooking especially with wine, most of which I put in the food, but ideally with great company.
Musically, I’m into jazz, rock, blues, and classical, and I’ve always loved the energy of live concerts. Photography is a passion I’ve been trying to turn into a profession (with varying degrees of success and a healthy dose of humour).
For me, happiness is sharing life’s interesting and wonderful moments with someone you love. I miss that.
Work has been a big part of my life, but I’m currently recovering from a bout of “all work & no play” syndrome—diplomatically easing myself out of the rat race to make more time for joy, adventure, and hopefully, you.
