Been widowed for a little while now and it's definitely not so much fun doing everything on your own!
I like spur of the moment days out to visit places of interest, spontaneous trips to the seaside and walking along the shoreline barefoot, short breaks to either the countryside or seaside, dining in cosy pubs/restaurants (but don't like Indian or Chinese food!), or just cosy nights in snuggled up on the sofa . I have a very varied taste in music and like going to the theatre, especially musicals.
Sportwise, I’m just an active spectator not a participant. I like travelling, prefer a river cruise or touring holiday, seeing as many local sights as possible rather than just a beach holiday.
A member of local U3A, attend weekly TaiChi sessions and run a bi-monthly craft session.
Active member of local Community Association and run a weekly Coffee Morning and volunteer for a bar shift once a month.
